About Me
Lina Berrada
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MA
Before I became a therapist, I spent years in the world of theatre and movement. Acting taught me something strange and beautiful. Even the characters I didn’t like, the ones I resisted playing, held some part of me inside them. I had to find it, feel it, let it speak. And when I did, something shifted. Something opened.
Have you ever felt that moment? When something just clicks, not in your head, but in your body?
That quiet yes to stepping into something unfamiliar, even just for a second.
It’s not always something we can explain. And often, it doesn’t start with words.
That feeling. That’s the one I try to make space for in therapy.
What therapy looks like with me
My approach to therapy is relational, creative, and exploratory.
That means we’ll talk, but we might also use imagination, movement, metaphor, or silence.
We might explore what anxiety feels like in your shoulders, or give voice to a younger part of you that’s been holding too much for too long.
We might even pick a theme song for your inner critic. (Yes, really.)
Above all, I offer a space that’s real. A space where your contradictions are welcome and your story doesn’t have to make perfect sense.
