Watercolor painting of a single brown feather on a light background.

There are different ways to work together, and I don’t think it has to look one specific way.
Some people want to talk things through. Some want to move, write, explore. Some want quiet. Some want company.
You might not even know what you’re looking for yet. And that’s okay.

Below are the kinds of spaces I offer. All of them are virtual, and all of them are flexible.
You can show up with a sketchbook, a cup of tea, or just your scattered thoughts. We’ll figure it out as we go.

Individual Therapy

For adults and teens — virtual sessions

One-on-one therapy is a space just for you — to slow down, check in, and get curious about what’s going on beneath the surface. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity shifts, self-esteem, burnout, ADHD, or questions about belonging, we follow what feels most alive in the moment.
Sessions might include conversation, silence, metaphor, or even movement. You’re welcome to bring a sketchbook, a scarf, or just yourself.
We don’t need a plan. We just need a starting point.

$150 per session
Sliding scale available for a limited number of spots.

Group Therapy

A small, supportive space for shared exploration

Group therapy is a chance to be witnessed (and to witness others) in a space that’s real, honest, and gently guided.
Together, we explore themes like relationships, boundaries, self-expression, culture, sensitivity, and feeling “too much” (or not enough).
There’s something powerful about doing this work in community, especially if you’ve often felt like an outsider.

$60 per session
Groups run in 4- or 6-week cycles. Next start date: October 3, 2025, at 3 pm

Creative Drop-In

A space to create, connect, and be together.

This weekly drop-in is for anyone who wants to make space for their creativity — whether you're writing, drawing, making music, or just trying to reconnect with that part of yourself.
We’ll start with a short check-in to share our hopes or intentions for the session, and then we create. No pressure, no prompts (unless you want one), and absolutely no need to be an artist. Just come as you are, with whatever you're working on — or hoping to start.

Pay what you can (free is always welcome).

Fridays at 12pm (virtual)
Bring your sketchbook, instrument, pen, or just your curiosity.
